Palleted material containment system
Our palletized handling cage has been designed with both safety and efficiency in mind. This basket allows you to safely move pallets from point A to point B, whilst simultaneously mitigating the risks associated with materials falling from the suspended pallet. To use the basket, you must remove the two forks/pins from the bottom of the basket, once they have been removed you can then lower the basket over the pallet you are planning on lifting. Once the basket touches down, you would then reinsert the forks and safety clips. At this point, the pallet is secured to (and contained inside) the cage and you can hoist the pallet as a single unit. This is a fully collapsible item, which allows for
cost savings in storage and transport. The unit will require basic assembly upon arrival
(manual attached).
These units are especially popular amongst companies looking to move palletized loads
of brick or blocks.
*Did you know” Under most safety regulations the use of intermediate rigging (such as
these cages) must be used when hoisting pallets.
